- Before your appointment, we recommend you contact your insurance company to check your cover, membership number and authorization number if applicable.
- Any professional fees outstanding are payable after your appointment.
- You will be provided with detailed invoice that will clearly state fees paid.
- With the invoice and our provider number you may be able to claim the fees that you have paid.
